Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for a Regional Sales Director. The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing regional sales operations, managing the sales team, developing business strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include leading sales initiatives, monitoring sales performance, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth in the region.

Qualifications

·  Fluent in Malayalam & English language

·  Should have a minimum of 6-8 years in B2C sales

·  Should have handled a team minimum of 3 years

· Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Must aggressively lead a team and focus on end results with a long-term working perspective.

·  Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
