Regional Sales Director

As a Sales Representative at our company, your role will involve various responsibilities to drive demand generation and meet sales objectives. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Prospecting, lead generation, and setting appointments to engage with potential customers. - Utilizing management software and systems to track and manage current and potential customers effectively. - Conducting successful demand generation follow-up activities to generate qualified opportunities. - Meeting or exceeding monthly demand generation quota to contribute to overall sales targets. - Providing detailed reports on lead activity, forecasts, and other client objective measurements. - Performing any other job-related duties as required to support the sales team. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - 3-5 years of inside sales or direct sales experience in enterprise software sales, with knowledge of solutions like SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce.com being advantageous. - Demonstrated oral and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients. - Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently, make decisions, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM business systems. - Ability to demonstrate the sales process and contribute to sales strategies effectively.
