As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads by utilizing various methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and following up on inbound leads. You will play a crucial role in qualifying prospects and scheduling appointments for our outside sales representatives or senior account managers. It is essential to maintain a comprehensive understanding of our company's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate with potential clients. In this role, you will conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings to prospective customers. Keeping our CRM software updated with leads, opportunities, and sales activities will be a key part of your daily tasks. Your success will be measured by achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs). Providing exceptional customer service is paramount in this position, as you will be responsible for promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. Collaboration with the marketing and product teams will be necessary to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns. Additionally, tracking and reporting on sales metrics and performance will be part of your regular responsibilities. Ideally, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or lead generation is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot would also be beneficial for this role.,
