Regional Sales Director

We are hiring a Regional Sales Director to lead the South India Enterprise business for a client based in Bangalore.

What you’ll do:

•⁠ ⁠Own and deliver ₹50 Cr+ order bookings over 12 months

•⁠ ⁠Lead a team of enterprise sales managers across South India

•⁠ ⁠Drive large cloud transformation deals (₹1–10 Cr) through CIO and CTO engagements

•⁠ ⁠Acquire 25+ new enterprise customers annually and grow key strategic accounts

•⁠ ⁠Partner closely with AWS, Azure and leading ISVs on joint go-to-market initiatives

Who you are:

•⁠ ⁠15–20 years of experience in enterprise IT or cloud sales with 5+ years leading teams

•⁠ ⁠Proven track record of closing high-value deals and scaling regional business

•⁠ ⁠Strong CXO relationships across BFSI, IT/ITeS, Manufacturing and more

•⁠ ⁠Skilled in consultative selling, complex deal management and team development
