Eliteeye Consulting is looking for a Technical Writer for a client company based out in Mumbai

We are looking for someone who can turn complex technical concepts into clear, simple, and structured documentation.

If you enjoy working closely with product and engineering teams, love precision, and have a flair for writing, this role is for you.

What you will do

Create and maintain API documentation, product manuals, and integration guides

Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to understand technical flows

Manage documentation using Confluence, GitHub, or Markdown

Convert release notes and Jira updates into structured, user-friendly content

Maintain consistency and version control across all documents

What we are looking for

3 to 5 years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in software, fintech, or BFSI

Hands-on experience with Swagger, OpenAPI, Postman, Confluence, Git, and Markdown

Strong written communication and attention to detail

Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile workflows

Bonus if you have worked on fintech APIs or SaaS documentation
