Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Director. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing regional sales strategies, meeting revenue targets, managing sales operations, and leading a high-performing team. Additional duties will include building and maintaining professional relationships with clients, identifying business development opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer service to support long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Sales and Sales Operations, including setting and achieving revenue targets and analyzing sales data.
• Proven ability in Customer Service and building client relationships to deliver exceptional business outcomes.
• Demonstrated skills in Team Management, including coaching and mentoring sales staff to improve performance and achieve goals.
• Expertise in Business Development, including identifying growth opportunities and expanding market presence.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience in the wellness or natural products industries is a strong plus.
