Dealer Development Head

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a

  pan-India dealer expansion roadmap

  .
• Identify and onboard distributors, retailers, and regional partners.
• Drive sales growth via dealer channels, ensuring monthly/quarterly targets are met.
• Collaborate with marketing on trade promotions and dealer activations.
• Track competitor activity and provide market insights for leadership decisions.
• Build, train, and lead a

  dealer development team

  for on-ground execution.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years’ experience in

  Dealer Development / Channel Sales / Distribution

  (FMCG, Nutraceuticals, Herbal, or Healthcare preferred).
• Strong existing network of distributors and trade partners.
• Proven record of scaling dealer networks and delivering sales growth.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing; MBA preferred.
