Regional Sales Director

As a Sales and Business Development Leader for recruitment and RPO services in the Bangalore region, your role will involve owning and exceeding an annual sales target, driving the full sales cycle, developing strong client relationships, expanding business within GCCs and other enterprise segments, collaborating with internal teams, tracking market trends, and representing the organization at industry events and client meetings. Key Responsibilities: - Lead sales and business development efforts for recruitment and RPO services in the Bangalore region - Own and exceed an annual sales target with a focus on strategic accounts - Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure - Develop strong client relationships with key stakeholders - Build and expand business within GCCs and other enterprise segments - Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and pitches - Track market trends and identify new opportunities - Represent the organization at industry events and client meetings Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in recruitment/RPO sales, preferably in enterprise or large account environments - Proven ability to generate, manage, and close large deals - Strong network and experience selling recruitment solutions to GCCs and global enterprises - Strategic thinking and consultative sales approach - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Full-time Graduate is a must, B.Tech + MBA is highly preferred,
