As a Key Account Manager/Growth Manager in the Insurance premium financing vertical at a FinTech/NBFC specializing in instant loans, advances, and digital financing in India, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and nurture relationships with large corporates. You should have at least 4 years of experience in B2B sales, Relationship Management, Key Account Management, Strategic Accounts, Corporate Sales, or Institutional sales within the Fintech sector. Experience in the Fintech industry is essential for this role. While prior exposure to Insurance Web Aggregator or Insurance premium financing is preferred, it is not mandatory. Your remuneration will be commensurate with your experience, current compensation, and market standards, with the upper limit being 14-16 LPA. Your key focus will be on assisting in the establishment and maintenance of Insurance (General Insurance, Life Insurance) partnerships for the organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Manager - Insurance, you will be tasked with managing the existing insurance business solutions and driving the organization's product offerings to Insurance Partners in General Insurance and Life Insurance. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to leverage external networks to expand the organization's partnerships with insurance companies, corporate agencies, and channel partners. Building relationships with the Senior Leadership of the Target Partnerships to drive business growth will also be crucial. To excel in this position, you should possess practical experience with Insurance Web Aggregator or Insurance premium financing. A thorough understanding of all stages of the opportunity and sales cycle for high-end major accounts is necessary.
