Regional Sales Director

Role Overview: - Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing effective marketing strategies and analyzing trends and results. - Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, as well as projecting expected sales volumes and profit for existing and new products. - Implement national sales programs through the development of field sales action plans and ensuring the maintenance of sales volume by monitoring changing trends, economic indicators, competitors, and supply and demand. - Complete national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, as well as following up on work results. - Maintain national staff job results by providing counseling and disciplinary actions when necessary, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. - Stay up-to-date with professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops, professional publications, personal networks, and participation in professional societies. Qualification Required: - Strong experience in sales and marketing. - Excellent forecasting and analytical skills. - Ability to lead and manage a team effectively. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and developments.
