As the Director of Sales, you will spearhead SolarSquares national sales strategy. You will define the blueprint for Solar Energy adoption in the B2C space, build and lead a high-performing sales organization across multiple regions, and ensure aggressive yet sustainable growth.
You are a seasoned leader with proven success in scaling sales teams in highgrowth environments. You combine strategic thinking with strong execution, and you thrive in building and motivating large, diverse teams to consistently deliver revenue and customer delight.
