Job Description

Role & responsibilities Define and execute a scalable inside sales strategy aligned with company goals. Lead, mentor, and inspire a multi-tiered team of inside sales professionals. Optimize lead qualification and meeting scheduling processes to improve efficiency and conversion rates. Design and drive an end to end inside sales process to generate revenue from remote VC meetings Collaborate with marketing, field sales, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. Use data analytics to track KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement. Build and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities. Leads the overall strategy, hiring, and performance management of the organisation. Ensures alignment of team goals with overall revenue targets. Collaborates with Field Sales to meet pre-sales requirements. Holds more than 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role. Preferred candidate profile 10+ years of experience in inside sales, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role. Proven success in scaling inside sales teams in high-growth environments. Exceptional leadership and motivational skills with a strategic mindset. Proficiency in CRM, dialer tools and sales analytics. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
