Pre-Sales Executive

This role demands:

Key Responsibilities

  • Make

    high-volume outbound & inbound calls

    daily
  • Speak confidently with

    corporate decision-makers

    (HR, L&D, Managers, CXOs)
  • Qualify leads and

    fix meetings

    for the senior sales team
  • Consistently meet

    daily, weekly, and monthly KRAs & KPIs

  • Maintain accurate data in

    Excel / trackers / CRM

  • Follow strict timelines, follow-ups, and reporting discipline
  • Build

    long-term relationships

    with prospects through professional communication
  • Ensure customers get

    right information at the right time


Mandatory Skills & Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in

    English & Hindi

  • Comfortable with

    hardcore calling

    and rejection
  • Clear understanding (or willingness to learn quickly) of:
    • KRAs

    • KPIs

    • Targets
    • Follow-up discipline
  • Working knowledge of:
    • MS Excel

    • MS Word

    • MS PowerPoint

  • Strict punctuality

    and presence of mind during work hours
  • Ability to work in a

    high-pressure, performance-driven environment

  • Ability to speak

    Gujarati

  • Willingness to

    travel when required

  • Having a

    valid passport

  • Prior experience in

    B2B calling / inside sales / tele-calling
