Overview

This internship provides both structured learning and on-the-job training, guided by experienced professionals

Responsibilities

• Work on reporting, documentation, and presentations using MS Office tools
• Support managers in planning, coordination, and decision-making tasks
• Conduct research and prepare reports on business processes
• Participate in meetings and prepare minutes of discussions
• Suggest improvements in workflows and contribute to team discussions
• Collaborate with different teams to understand cross-functional roles
• Assist in day-to-day operations and project execution across departments
  

Desired Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is a must)
• Good reading and comprehension abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to collaborate and work in teams
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to different business areas
  

Eligibility

• Open to all candidates from non-engineering and non-MBA backgrounds
• Suitable fields include Arts, Commerce, Journalism, Mass Communication, Social Sciences, BBA and others
• Candidates with strong communication and basic business knowledge will be preferred
