Role Overview

Ex-Armed Forces Officer (mandatory requirement)

The selected candidate will ensure that business operations run seamlessly, deadlines are met with precision, client relationships are maintained at the highest standard, and the workforce embodies values of loyalty, dedication, and resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Motivation

  : Guide and mentor a workforce of 40+ employees, fostering discipline, accountability, and performance excellence.

• Operational Oversight

  : Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and remove execution bottlenecks.

• Client Coordination

  : Act as a professional liaison for corporate clients, ensuring service delivery and communication meet top standards.

• Problem-Solving & Crisis Management

  : Address challenges promptly and ensure organizational stability under pressure.

• Cultural Leadership

  : Inculcate values of loyalty, punctuality, dedication, and a never-give-up spirit across teams.

• Deadline & Quality Assurance

  : Enforce precision in execution and adherence to project timelines.

Candidate Profile

• Mandatory

  : Ex-Armed Forces Officer (Army/Navy/Air Force) with

  15+ years of leadership and operational experience

  . Civilian applicants will not be considered.
• Strong people management capabilities with proven experience in motivating and developing high-performance teams.
  
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to transition Armed Forces discipline and values effectively into a corporate setting.
  
• Based in or willing to relocate to Pune (full-time office role).
