Role & responsibilities : Back-End Develop and maintain web applications using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework. Build real-time communication features (chat, notifications) using WebSocket and Django Channels. Implement data encryption techniques to secure sensitive data (e.g., AES, RSA). Work on modules related to CRM, E-commerce, and real-time chat systems. Optimize backend performance with Redis, Celery, and async programming. Role & responsibilities : 1. Identifying business opportunities & preparing new proposals and bids. 2. Managing end-to-end tendering process from pre-qualification to final tender submission through the bidding team. 3. Study and analyse RFQ, prepare documentations as required by Bidding team for all stages of bids. 4. Understand business needs and make active communications for new business/ongoing business. 5. Proven experience in urban planning, land use analysis, and development of comprehensive plans. 3. Proficiency in software and tools like ArcGIS, AutoCAD and MS Office are mandatory. 4. Strong knowledge of environmental impact assessment, sustainability principles, and resilient city planning. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skils. 6. Travel, if required is mandatory as per company’s policies.
