,Role & responsibilities

  1. Engage with government departments, corporate clients, and small & medium businesses to establish long-term partnerships
  2. Understand client needs and propose customized ICT & ITES solutions that align with their business objectives.
  3. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, ensuring year-over-year business growth.
  4. Support RFQ-based opportunities, analyze requirements, and contribute to proposal and bidding processes.
  5. Lead and oversee sales initiatives in

    Delhi and Gurugram

    to expand company's market presence and drive business growth in key strategic regions.
  6. Work closely with presales, finance, operations, and HR teams to optimize resources and drive sales success.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and public procurement policies to enhance sales strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Degree in business/marketing/communication/IT or any other technical-related field.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem solving and can-do attitude.
