Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Regional Sales Manager

to lead our sales efforts in Respective Region in india, The ideal candidate will bring over 15 years of relevant sales experience in electrical and industrial markets, with a proven track record of exceeding targets, building customer relationships, and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets aligned with company objectives.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5-6 sales professionals to drive revenue growth.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners within the region.
Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the marketing team to formulate effective sales strategies.
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to maintain a competitive edge.
Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, forecasts, and insights to senior management.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings as needed.
