Role & responsibilities 1. Project Strategy & Execution : You will take full ownership of project execution from contract handover to final completion. You'll oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within time, cost, and quality benchmarks, while managing execution risks, resolving issues, and continuously improving the project process. 2. Contractual & Customer Management : You will be the primary interface with the customer, ensuring expectations are managed professionally and transparently. A critical part of your role is understanding all contractual obligations, commercial, legal, and technical, and ensuring they are implemented effectively. 3. Team Leadership & Resource Organization: As a project manager, youll be responsible for handling the team under, which might include design engineers, and as well the labourers from the contractors. You will allocate resources, empower team members, and foster collaboration across functions. You will also mentor and evaluate the team, supporting their development in alignment with project goals. 4. Project Planning & Performance Monitoring: You will be responsible for developing detailed project plans, aligning timelines, deliverables, and budgets. You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track progress, and drive corrective actions when needed to keep the project on course. 5. Quality Assurance, Safety & Environment (HSE): You will ensure strict adherence to quality standards and compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements. This includes implementing the Project Quality Plan and ensuring it meets both internal and client-specific benchmarks. 6. Risk & Opportunity Management: You will lead risk planning activities, identifying potential project risks early and creating mitigation plans. At the same time, you will identify opportunities for cost savings or improved delivery. Preferred candidate profile 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 8+ years of work experience in the Electrical / Renewable energy sectors. 2. Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams. 3. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 4. In-depth knowledge of the Energy / Electrical EPC Projects. 5. Strategic thinker with the capacity to develop and execute effective strategies. 6. Results-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
