Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Back-End

Develop and maintain web applications using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework.
Build real-time communication features (chat, notifications) using WebSocket and Django Channels.
Implement data encryption techniques to secure sensitive data (e.g., AES, RSA).
Work on modules related to CRM, E-commerce, and real-time chat systems.
Optimize backend performance with Redis, Celery, and async programming.

Front-End

Develop responsive UIs using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
Implement AJAX-based features for dynamic data loading and real-time UI updates.
Integrate front-end with RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.

DevOps & Database

Design and manage databases using PostgreSQL.
Deploy applications using Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS.
Maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

Preferred candidate profile

3+ years of full-stack development experience.
Strong proficiency in Python and Django, including Django REST Framework.
Experience with real-time technologies: WebSocket, Django Channels.
Hands-on with AJAX, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Bootstrap.
Experience developing secure features using encryption algorithms like AES, RSA, or similar.
Good understanding of PostgreSQL, Redis, and Celery.
Experience in version control (Git) and Agile development methodologies.
