Required Skills and Qualifications: 1–2 years of relevant experience in IT support or desktop engineering roles. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking concepts, and hardware troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with printer setup, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance. Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems. Good communication skills and a user-friendly attitude. Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. Nice to Have: Basic understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc. Experience in supporting antivirus software, backup tools, and cloud-based email systems.
