  • Experience

    : Minimum 3 years in a Sales Leadership / Individual Sales Contributor role in HRTech, SaaS, ATS, recruitment or related B2B technology solutions.

Role overview

  • The right candidate will own the end-to-end revenue strategy and execution for BlueRise, with a focus on driving new customer acquisition, expanding key accounts, and building a high-performance sales organization.
  • This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can both close enterprise deals and design a scalable sales engine for an AI SaaS product.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and own BlueRises sales strategy, GTM plan, and revenue targets for India and selected international markets.
  • Drive full-funnel sales: prospecting, qualification, solution demos, proposals, negotiation, and closure for mid-market and enterprise clients (HR, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, BPO, and large enterprises).
  • Position BlueRises AI capabilities (predictive matching, automated screening, interview scheduling, analytics, etc.) as business outcomes: faster time-to-hire, reduced cost-per-hire, better candidate quality, and bias-free hiring.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Customer Success to refine value propositions, gather market feedback, and ensure smooth onboarding and expansion.
  • Establish and manage channel/partner relationships where relevant (staffing firms, HR consultancies, system integrators).
  • Own pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM hygiene, using data-driven insights to optimize conversion and sales cycle time.
  • Represent BlueRise at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings as a thought leader in AI-driven recruitment.

Required experience and qualifications

  • Minimum 8-10 years of total B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a Head of Sales / Sales Lead / Country Sales Manager role for SaaS, HRTech, ATS, or recruitment technology.
  • Proven track record of building and leading sales teams that have met or exceeded annual revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated success selling into CHROs, Heads of Talent Acquisition, HR Directors, and CXOs in mid-market and enterprise accounts in India (experience with GCCs and global accounts is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment workflows (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management) and/or prior experience selling to staffing and recruiting firms.
  • Experience with solution/value-based selling for AI or analytics products is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, product-led environment with evolving features and GTM motions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for non-technical buyers.
  • Bachelors degree required

    ; MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus.
