Oracle BRM Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) platform.
• Work on BRM configuration, pricing, billing, invoicing, accounts, and payments modules.
• Develop and maintain custom opcodes, FM modules, pin rules, and pipeline configuration to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform end-to-end implementation of BRM systems, including configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.
• Integrate Oracle BRM with external systems such as CRM, OSM, Siebel, SOA/OSB, and Middleware components.
• Conduct system analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting of BRM components and interfaces.
• Optimize BRM system performance and scalability through effective configuration and tuning.
• Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Provide production support and resolve incidents and service requests in line with SLAs.

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle BRM (v7.5 / v12) development and implementation.
• Proficient in C, C++, PL/SQL, Shell Scripting, and Java for BRM customization.
• Deep understanding of BRM Architecture, PCM_OP APIs, Pipeline Manager, and Pricing Centre.
• Experience with PDC (Pricing Design Center) and ECE (Elastic Charging Engine) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Oracle Database, WebLogic Server, and Unix/Linux environments.
• Knowledge of Integration frameworks using SOAP/REST APIs, JMS, OSB, or Oracle SOA Suite.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps processes is preferred.
