Job Description: Senior Manager – HR & Administration

Location: Noida

Remuneration Range: 10 LPA – 12 LPA

Position Overview

The Senior Manager – HR & Admin will oversee and strengthen both the Human Resources and Administrative functions of the organisation. This role is responsible for driving recruitment excellence, ensuring statutory compliance, elevating employee experience, and maintaining seamless office operations. The position works closely with senior leadership to support business growth and build a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for all positions including planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop a strong employer branding strategy to attract high-quality talent.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, consultants, job portals, and universities to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  • Implement recruitment metrics and dashboards for visibility and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for all new hires.

2. Human Resources Management

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and frameworks aligned with business goals.
  • Drive performance management processes, ensuring transparency, consistency, and timely execution.
  • Create and execute employee engagement, wellness, and retention initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations, coach managers, and address grievances professionally and sensitively.
  • Oversee Learning & Development initiatives, including training calendars and capability-building programs.
  • Ensure 100% statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other labour law requirements.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.

3. Administration & Office Operations

  • Oversee all administrative functions including facilities management, office infrastructure, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Ensure smooth daily functioning of the office, including housekeeping, security, pantry, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage office assets, IT coordination, and maintenance schedules.
  • Oversee internal events, celebrations, training logistics, and employee activities.
  • Ensure workplace safety, security protocols, and compliance with organisational standards.

4. Leadership & Strategic Contribution

  • Partner with leadership on manpower planning, budgeting, and organisation design.
  • Provide data-driven insights and HR analytics to support business decisions.
  • Mentor and lead the HR & Admin team, ensuring accountability, productivity, and professional development.
  • Play a key role in culture-building initiatives that strengthen collaboration, ownership, and innovation.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, ESI/PF compliance, and HR policy creation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
  • Problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact.
  • Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office, and modern HR technology tools.
  • Experience in managing vendors, contracts, and administrative operations.

Education & Experience

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field (preferred).
  • 6–8 years of experience in HR and Administration, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in a startup, fintech, or high-growth environment is an advantage.
