Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business growth, improve employee engagement, and enhance overall organizational performance.
  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and training new hires.
  • Design and deliver training programs to develop employees' skills and knowledge in areas such as leadership development, communication, conflict resolution, etc.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in talent acquisition, retention, succession planning, and employee engagement.

Job Requirements :

  • 10-20 years of experience in an HR role within Manufacturing Industries. 
  • Strong expertise in talent acquisition, development, succession planning, training & development.
  • Proven track record of success in managing complex projects from initiation to delivery.
