Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business growth, improve employee engagement, and enhance overall organizational performance.
Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and training new hires.
Design and deliver training programs to develop employees' skills and knowledge in areas such as leadership development, communication, conflict resolution, etc.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in talent acquisition, retention, succession planning, and employee engagement.

Job Requirements :

10-20 years of experience in an HR role within Manufacturing Industries.
Strong expertise in talent acquisition, development, succession planning, training & development.
Proven track record of success in managing complex projects from initiation to delivery.
