Position Title: Business Development Executive Department : Business Development / Sales Location: Ahmedabad, India Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Head Industry : Precast Construction Role Objective: Urbanaac Infrastructures Pvt Ltd, a leading precast construction company based in Ahmedabad, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate is expected to have excellent client communication skills, a strong command of English, and the ability to present effectively. This role will also involve marketing responsibilities. A background in civil engineering is preferred but not mandatory. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development & Lead Generation: o Identify and connect with real estate developers, contractors, architects, consultants, and infrastructure companies. o Target private and government projects (e.g., housing, commercial, industrial, warehousing, etc. 2. Effective Pitching & Communication: o Proven ability to craft and deliver compelling pitches that clearly communicate value propositions, driving client engagement and conversions. o Skilled in tailoring persuasive presentations to diverse audiences, effectively aligning solutions with client needs. 3. Sales Cycle Management: o Drive the complete sales cycle: lead generation → presentation → proposal → negotiation → closure. o Collaborate with design and estimation teams for customized client solutions and BOQ-based proposals. 4. Client Relationship Management: o Build relationships with decision-makers: project heads, procurement, architects, and consultants. o Provide technical support and engage in solution-based selling. 5. Market Intelligence & Reporting: o Gather data on upcoming projects, competitor analysis, and pricing trends. o Maintain accurate sales funnel and provide periodic reporting to management. 6. Site Visits & Presentations: o Conduct client presentations, factory visits, and product demos. o Attend pre-bid and technical meetings as required. 7. Sales Target Achievement: o Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. o Contribute to strategic sales planning for expanding market reach.
