Manager – Production

Job Brief :

Drive daily, weekly and monthly production planning and execution for precast elements; lead Plan-vs-Actual huddles; manage client liaison, resource allocation, cost control, agency coordination, KPI/safety compliance, and team efficiency reviews.

Job Location : Bawla , Ahmedabad



Roles And Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on project requirements.

-Run a short “plan-vs-actual” huddle each morning to capture deviations and adjust resources on the fly

-Client handling for the products manufactured.

-Manpower allocation and availability as per production activity.

-Control operational costs and drive efficiency in production processes.

-Manage the external agencies like Reinforcement, Production, Civil & Infrastructure related.

-Track key metrics like production output, cycle time, rejection rate, etc.

-Ensure all safety protocols are adhered by the team

-Handle all audits and compliances in coordination with respective Dy Manager.

-Develop and implement daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on project requirements.

-Coordinate with the planning team and erection managers to ensure timely supply of precast elements

-Work closely with QA/QC team to ensure all elements meet specified standards.

-Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with the production team for production efficiency

Education Qualification:

Diploma - Civil / B.E. Civil

Work Experience:

-Minimum 14 Years of experience in precast industry for Diploma – Civil

-Minimum 12 Years of experience in precast industry for B.E - Civil

-Handled a team of min. 50 - 60 people including supervisors / section in charge.

-Exposure to precast projects is must
