Role Objective:

Urbanaac Infrastructures Pvt Ltd, a leading precast construction company based in Ahmedabad, is

seeking a proactive and technically proficient IT Engineer. The ideal candidate should possess strong

problem-solving skills, the ability to manage and maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure seamless

network and system operations. This role involves hardware/software support, IT asset management,

and coordination with vendors for procurement and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

 Network & Lease Line Management:

Manage lease line operations, coordinate with vendors, and handle configuration, operation,

and maintenance of LL circuit components.

 System & Network Administration:

Administer IT networks including firewall, antivirus, and security; optimize firewall rules to

ensure data safety.

 Hardware & Software Support:

Provide 1st level hardware and software support, manage desktop/laptop setups, and deliver

technical assistance to the team.

 IT Asset Management & Procurement:

Oversee end-to-end IT asset management (procurement to disposal) including negotiation

for network devices, software, and hardware delivery.

 Peripheral & Infrastructure Management:

Operate and maintain EPBX, printers, smart boards, attendance machines, projectors, and

CCTV systems including planning and installation.

 G-Suite Administration:

Manage G-Suite Admin Console, conduct user training, and provide troubleshooting support.

 Cost Optimization & Vendor Coordination:

Ensure cost-effective IT operations through efficient vendor coordination, service

negotiation, and hardware/networking support.

 On-site IT Support & Infrastructure Deployment:

Responsible for traveling to plant and site locations to implement, troubleshoot, and

maintain IT systems, including network infrastructure, hardware, and user support.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

Qualification

-Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

-Additional certifications in Networking, System Administration, or Cybersecurity are preferred

Experience

-Minimum of 5 years in IT support, system/network administration, and hardware & infrastructure management

Industry Preference

-Prior experience in construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, or project-based industries

-Exposure to environments with both on-site and centralized IT operations is ideal

Location Preference

-Candidates with hands-on experience managing IT systems across multiple sites

-Familiarity with Ahmedabad’s tech landscape and infrastructure will be a strong advantage
