Sr. Executive – Store

Job Brief:

Manage end-to-end store operations: coordinate raw material requirements with procurement and production, maintain stock levels and reports, oversee GRN and invoicing, lead store team, liaise with vendors for deliveries and machine repairs, and support QC certifications.

Job Location : Bawla, Ahmedabad

Roles And Responsibilities:

-Coordinate with Purchase team and Manager Production regarding major and minor raw material requirement

-Maintain and share updated daily stock report and match with physical stock

-Maintain minimum stock level for all critical items

-Directly coordinate with vendors for rate-approved material for timely purchase

-Share incoming raw material test certificate to QC department within required timelines

-Ensure the quantity of material received is as per guidelines and invoice

-Submit all the invoices and inward reports to Purchase / Accounts on regular basis

-Issue material as per issue slip to the concerned person and file material receipt report and update the system

-Collect all indents received from production and other departments and submit purchase requisition to Purchase department

-Prepare GRN as per invoice and submit to the Accounts after signature of concerned authority

-Follow up with Accounts / HO for timely release of payment to the vendors

-Maintain the store department for its cleanliness and for stocking material in an organized manner

-Manage the team of store department

-Follow up with vendors / Purchase department for getting update on date of delivery of the material as per PO

-Coordinate with suppliers for repair estimate and timely repair of the machines as per work order or service order

Education Qualifications:

-Any graduate

Work Experience:

-5–7 years in Engineering stores of manufacturing unit preferably from construction industry

Skill Sets:

-Communication skills

-Negotiation skills

-Good computer skills

-Basic ERP knowledge
