Deputy Manager – Production

Job Brief :

Drive precast bay operations end-to-end—plan and meet daily/weekly targets, optimize resources via plan-vs-actual huddles, ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery, lead Kaizen improvements, manage stakeholders, and develop multi-skilled teams.

Job Location : Bawla , Ahmedabad

Roles and Responsibilities:

-Drive daily, weekly and monthly production targets; ensure on-time delivery of precast elements

-Oversee end-to-end operations for your bay—planning, fabrication, QA/QC, logistics, and dispatch

-Facilitate “plan-vs-actual” huddles; adjust manpower and machine allocation dynamically

-Review BBS/MEP drawings, quantify materials, and validate fabrication accuracy

-Maintain uninterrupted raw-material flow by coordinating with Stores and external reinforcement/formwork agencies

-Manage finished-goods stockyard: staging, inventory accuracy, and readiness for dispatch

-Lead root-cause analysis for quality deviations and implement countermeasures—embed “right-first-time” culture

-Prepare and present daily/weekly production, quality, and cost-efficiency dashboards to the Reporting Manager

-Serve as client liaison for assigned bay—resolve technical queries, communicate status, and secure feedback

-Champion continuous-improvement Kaizen events to reduce cycle time, scrap, and operational spend

-Ensure 100% compliance with safety protocols, statutory audits, and internal/external quality inspections

-Mentor and develop your team—conduct coaching, skills assessments, and cross-training to build multi-skilled operators

Education Qualification:

Diploma / B.E. Civil

Work Experience:

-Minimum 10 Years of experience in precast industry for Diploma – Civil

-Minimum 08 Years of experience in precast industry for B.E – Civil

-Handled a team of min. 40 – 50 people

-Exposure to precast projects will be preferred
