Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Engineer located in Bavla. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring the smooth operation of all mechanical systems. Daily tasks include troubleshooting machinery issues, performing routine inspections, and collaborating with the engineering team to improve equipment performance and reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute preventive & breakdown maintenance of HCS machinery, batching plant, Hydra, Farhana, JCB, EOT cranes, and stressing machines.
• Coordinate with Purchase/Stores for AMC contracts, spare parts, and maintenance consumables.
• Manage vendors for AMC servicing, repair works, and third-party inspections (TPI) of all plant machinery.
• Ensure quick troubleshooting, minimize downtime, and maintain compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and ensure continuous improvement in equipment reliability.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and support overall plant efficiency.

• Qualification:

  Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 1–3 years’ plant maintenance experience (preferably precast/construction/Manufactureing industry).
