About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee the human resource functions for our healthcare organization. The role requires a professional who understands the unique HR challenges in the healthcare sector, including compliance, staffing, employee engagement, and retention.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition (Enhanced Section)

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical positions.
  • Develop job descriptions, post vacancies, and manage sourcing channels.
  • Conduct screening, interviews, and selection of candidates.
  • Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate campus hiring, job fairs, and healthcare talent outreach programs.
  • Partner with department heads to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Improve recruitment strategies through data-driven hiring insights.

General HR Responsibilities

  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management.
  • Implement employee engagement programs to boost morale and retention.
  • Handle grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate staff development programs.
  • Maintain strong focus on workplace health, safety, and ethical standards.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
  • Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and HR compliance.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR management experience.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workforce requirements and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a people-first approach.
