Job Description: Position: Business Development Manager Location: Pune, Jaipur , Vijaywada, Indore , Delhi , Bhopal , Jabalpur About Us: Knee Xpert is a leading provider of advanced regenerative treatments for knee and hip pain. We specialize in innovative therapies like adipose-derived stromal vascular fraction (SVF) cellular grafting surgery and PRP procedures. Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic City Coordinator to join our team. The City Coordinator will be responsible for promoting our services to doctors and orthopedic surgeons, coordinating with medical partners, managing patient relations, and performing PRP procedures. Key Responsibilities: · Meet with doctors and orthopedic surgeons to promote our services. · Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing doctors and medical partners. · Onboard new medical partners including doctors, hospitals, surgeons & Physiotherapists · Supply required surgeons/clinics & hospitals as per demand provided. · Coordinate with doctors for OPD, PRP and SVF cases. · Perform PRP procedures using company-provided resources. · Coordinate with patients for OPD bookings, confirmations, and closures. · Resolve patient doubts regarding procedures, insurance, and billing. · Coordinate with internal teams for patient activities and logistics. · Meet patients to build post-procedure reputation and ensure satisfaction. Qualifications: · Graduate or Post Graduate in BBA, MBA, B Pharma, or related fields. · Excellent English communication skills. · Proficiency in the local language is a must (Marathi, Telugu specially). · Previous experience in the medical industry is preferred. · Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. · Ability to build and maintain relationships with medical professionals. · Proficiency in using spreadsheets and reporting software.
