Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager responsible for generating revenue, converting leads, and expanding the company’s business. The role includes sales calls, client meetings, pitching services, closing deals, and ensuring consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business and achieve defined monthly revenue targets.
  • Identify and convert potential leads through calls, messages, and meetings.
  • Present and pitch company services confidently to clients.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure consistent closures.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and upselling.
  • Update daily revenue, leads, and closure reports in CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with CRM, operations, and accounts teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Meet weekly and monthly KPIs including lead conversion, sales closures, and revenue numbers.
  • Share daily/weekly revenue reports with management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
