Business Development Manager (BDM)

Role Overview: As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing schedules, preparing reports, and maintaining customer databases. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the sales team has all the necessary resources to carry out their duties effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Support: Assist the sales team in managing schedules, preparing sales reports, and maintaining customer databases. - Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for clients, address inquiries about accounts or products, and ensure prompt meeting of customer needs. - Coordination of Sales Activities: Organize sales presentations, maintain an inventory of sales materials, and coordinate with other departments for smooth operations. - Training and Development: Involved in hiring and training new sales representatives to ensure the team meets sales goals and strategies. - Performance Evaluation: Evaluate sales representatives" performance, provide feedback and support to help them achieve targets. - Administrative Duties: Handle various administrative tasks such as filing documents, processing orders, and managing customer complaints to support the sales process. - Sales Strategy Implementation: Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies, aligning sales activities with organizational goals. Qualification Required: - Previous experience in sales support or coordination roles is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficiency in MS Office applications. - Knowledge of sales processes and CRM software is a plus.
