Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to power our business development efforts by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospects across global markets—particularly in the APAC region . The ideal candidate will be an expert in B2B lead generation, email marketing campaigns, CRM handling, and prospect engagement—preferably with exposure to the staffing or talent acquisition industry. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing platforms. Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator , Apollo.io , Boolean Search, etc., to map key decision-makers. Build and maintain segmented and targeted mailing lists based on industry verticals and prospect behavior. Email Marketing & Campaign Management Plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns via Mailchimp , HubSpot , Sendinblue , or Instantly.io . Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, content, and CTAs to improve performance metrics. Monitor email metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions) and prepare actionable insights. Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other regional data privacy regulations. Client Engagement & Coordination Schedule meetings and introductory calls between business heads and prospective clients. Maintain consistent follow-up and ensure a seamless flow of communication throughout the engagement cycle. Build rapport and handle objections to convert leads into qualified opportunities. Support with data management, report generation, and client updates for quarterly reviews. Tools & Platforms: CRM & Outreach: Apollo.io, Bullhorn, Woodpecker, Zoho CRM Email Marketing: Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue, Instantly.io Sourcing: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Naukri, Monster, other job boards Analytics & Reporting: MS Excel (Advanced), Power BI, MS PowerPoint Requirements: 2–6 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or inside sales (preferably B2B staffing or HR services). Strong communication and client relationship skills. Hands-on experience with CRMs and outreach tools. Understanding of recruitment/staffing process is a strong plus . Analytical mindset with an ability to work on metrics, data, and performance dashboards. Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work independently in a deadline-oriented environment.
