Job Description

Position Overview We are looking for a smart, resourceful, and persuasive Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can confidently engage C-level executives (CIO, CTO, CISO, CHRO, and Compliance Heads) across the USA and UK regions. You will be responsible for multi-channel prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and building a qualified sales pipeline by crafting tailored messaging based on the industry, role, and specific pain points of each ICP (Ideal Customer Profile). Key Responsibilities ● Reach out to C-level decision-makers across industries via cold calls, LinkedIn, and email sequences. ● Research target accounts and personalize messaging based on company size, industry, geography, and decision-maker role. ● Generate and qualify leads that match Our ICP criteria and pass them to the sales team. ● Schedule meetings/demos with Account Executives and ensure smooth hand-off. ● Maintain accurate activity and lead details in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). ● Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine value propositions and outbound campaigns. ● Stay updated on competitor offerings, market trends, and evolving solution capabilities. Ideal Candidate Profile ● 2–4 years of outbound SDR experience in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environment. ● Proven ability to book meetings with senior stakeholders (VP/C-level) through outbound efforts. ● Excellent communication and writing skills β€” persuasive, clear, and professional. ● Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, or similar. ● Familiarity with industry-specific challenges around remote work, data security, and compliance. ● Ability to think strategically, conduct account-based research, and tailor outreach accordingly. ● Bachelor’s degree Preferred ● Experience selling into regulated industries (e.g., banking, healthcare, BPO). ● Knowledge of compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001). ● Familiarity with outbound automation tools.
