Job Description

  • Manage and optimize social media profiles across Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Create, plan, and schedule highly engaging posts, campaigns, and blog content tailored for each platform.
  • Develop and launch viral social campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Drive qualified leads through targeted Lead Generation ads and search engine marketing (SEM).
  • Perform thorough research and analysis of competitor advertising links/strategies.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to guide content marketing and campaign strategies.
  • Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing and branding initiatives.
  • Undertake ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization initiatives.
  • Optimize landing pages and website content with a deep understanding of on-page SEO.
  • Create and implement effective link building strategies to enhance site authority.
  • Develop and execute keyword ranking strategies to improve organic visibility.
  • Independently manage the end-to-end process of Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Analyze and refine campaign performance for maximum ROI.


Knowledge and Skills:


  • Strong expertise in SEO, SMO, content writing, and PPC advertising.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage and grow social media profiles.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills and creative thinking abilities.
  • Proven content writing proficiency.
  • Strong grasp of marketing concepts and ability to apply them effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with executing end-to-end social media strategies.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Complete understanding and hands-on expertise in managing Google AdWords campaigns.


Qualifications, CTC and Experience:


  • Certification in Digital Marketing, Google AdWords, or related fields (preferred).
  • Experience between 3-5 years (Mandatory in Lead Generation)
  • CTC - 4 LPA to 7 LPA (Negotiable)
