VortexWeb is looking for a versatile and experienced Technical Lead to serve as a key technical bridge between client requirements and hands-on development. This role requires deep expertise in Laravel (backend) and ReactJS (frontend) to design, develop, and optimize scalable web applications while also leading the technical architecture and guiding junior developers. You will be responsible for translating business needs into robust system blueprints, defining best practices, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects from design to deployment. Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership & Architecture Translate business requirements into clear, scalable system blueprints, including workflows, data models, APIs, and integration designs. Own the technical design and architecture of all client and internal projects, ensuring solutions are modular, secure, and performant. Establish and enforce coding standards, architectural guidelines, and documentation practices. Conduct and approve technical design documents and code reviews to maintain quality and consistency. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to mid-level and junior developers, building technical maturity within the team. Identify and mitigate technical risks (e.g., performance bottlenecks, integration failures, security gaps) early in the design phase. Collaborate with DevOps for on-premise deployments, patches, and server-level fixes.
