Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to lead and manage key brand partnerships across our stores. The KAM will serve as the primary point of contact for partner brands, driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and building long-term, win-win relationships. This is a critical role interfacing between brands, internal teams, and store operations. Key Responsibilities Account Management & Relationship Building: Own and manage end-to-end relationships with assigned brand partners. Serve as the primary POC for brand onboarding, day-to-day operations, and business growth. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner brands. Regularly meet brand partners to review performance, identify growth opportunities, and resolve issues. Business Growth & Revenue Management Track and drive business performance of assigned brands. Identify levers for growth, cross-selling, upselling, and category expansion. Analyze sales data, consumer insights, and market trends to recommend actionable plans. Monitor and optimize inventory, assortment, and stock rotation. Operational Excellence Coordinate with internal teams (Store Operations, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR) to ensure seamless execution for brand partners. Ensure proper execution of SOPs across stores for assigned brands. Work closely with the store teams to ensure high-quality brand representation on the floor. Planning & Reporting Drive periodic business reviews (monthly/quarterly) with brand partners. Maintain regular MIS, trackers, and reports to monitor performance metrics. Support in forecasting, budgeting, and annual planning for partner accounts. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with the buying & merchandising teams for new launches and assortment planning. Partner with marketing to design brand-specific activations, promotions, and campaigns. Coordinate with HR & training teams to ensure store staff is well-trained on assigned brand portfolios. Key Requirements 2-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Category Management, Business Development, or similar roles. Prior experience in retail, FMCG, fashion, beauty, or D2C/e-commerce brands will be preferred. Strong relationship management and stakeholder handling skills. High ownership mindset with strong problem-solving ability. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business analytics tools.
