Key Account Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving business growth in the nightlife and club ecosystem of Delhi NCR as a Key Account Manager at Hookaba. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with bars, clubs, lounges, and event venues. The ideal candidate for this role should have a background in the alco-beverage or nightlife industry, possess a good understanding of bar/club dynamics, and have existing connections with decision-makers in the space. Key Responsibilities: - Client Acquisition & Relationship Management - Identify and onboard key bars, clubs, lounges, and event venues in Delhi NCR - Pitch and sell Hookaba's LED Party Glasses, Wristbands, and other nightlife-focused products - Establish and nurture long-term partnerships through regular follow-ups, custom proposals, and value-driven engagement - Brand Engagement & Activation - Propose and finalize tie-ups for on-ground brand presence by setting up Hookaba stalls or activation zones at high-footfall venues - Collaborate with venue managers to facilitate product placements, co-branded events, and influencer nights - Sales & Revenue Generation - Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct orders from clubs and promotional deals - Create customized packages tailored to specific club sizes, audiences, and event types - Market Intelligence - Stay updated on new bar/club openings, trending party spots, and event schedules - Share insights with the marketing team based on feedback from the nightlife circuit Qualification Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in AlcoBev sales, event marketing, or nightlife promotions - Strong network within Delhi NCR's bar/club scene - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Self-motivated with a proactive attitude - Willingness to travel frequently across the region - Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup-like environments Additional Company Details: Hookaba is a next-gen LED Wearable Lifestyle brand that specializes in creating head-turning tech fashion for the nightlife and youth culture scene.
