Job Description

Role Overview: You will be stepping into a challenging and future-oriented role as a Key Account Manager for Large Private Power & Energy Companies in India at Siemens Energy. Your main responsibility will be to lead Account Management for one of the largest private power & energy companies in India, establishing a clear long-term vision, defining expected outcomes, goals, and milestones. Your role will involve exceeding annual plans, ensuring customer recognition, and driving continuous improvement in customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze customers" market, business drivers, and strategy, and effectively transfer this knowledge internally. - Evaluate account potential and create an account Business Plan, pursuing business opportunities in collaboration with relevant businesses. - Map geographical and vertical customers with Siemens Energy, enhancing Stakeholder Relations and CXO level connect. - Develop opportunities with a focus on decarbonization and sustainability, engaging early leads with favorable positioning to increase success rate. - Drive growth in Order volumes exceeding potential growth, maintain Account/Market Transparency above 80%, increase share of wallet, cross business volume by more than 30%, achieve customer recognition, YOY NPS improvement, and secure Partner/Vendor awards. - Engage in strategic partnerships, Use/Reference Cases, MOUs, etc. Qualifications Required: - Self-driven entrepreneur leader with a strategic mindset. - Excellent collaboration and team player skills with strong communication and presentation abilities. - Knowledge of Siemens Energy portfolio, along with strong Selling and Negotiation skills. - Ability to connect with CEOs/CXOs and possess an engineering background with additional management qualifications preferred. - Minimum of 20 years of Sales/Account Management/Business development experience in the Indian Energy Sector. Additional Details: You will report to the Sales Head RC-IN SE GT-S and will be based in either Gurgaon or Mumbai (Kalwa). This role may require travel to various locations in India and beyond, providing you with the opportunity to work with diverse teams impacting entire cities, countries, and shaping the future.
