Job Description

As a Relationship Manager, your primary role is to cater to High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) by enrolling them in the Preferred Program. Your focus should be on providing these customers with a superior experience to increase the profitability of the relationship. This involves expanding the relationship size, cross-selling appropriate products, acquiring family accounts, and retaining and enhancing the relationship. Additionally, you will be responsible for acquiring new Imperia relationships to further grow your portfolio. Key Responsibilities: - Identify eligible customers from the Classic/Preferred portfolio and engage with branch staff for acquisition. - Acquire new customers who meet the product criteria and maintain regular interactions to understand and update their profiles. - Enhance the overall value and book size of the portfolio while ensuring its quality and hygiene parameters. - Cross-sell bank products based on customer needs and provide advisory services in coordination with PBG. - Achieve monthly and yearly revenue targets while controlling customer attrition. - Adhere to KYC/AML norms and maintain 5-S norms at your workstation. - Focus on increasing wallet share by cross-selling various bank products to serve as a one-stop solution for customers" banking needs. - Conduct sales to family members and associates within your network to optimize Income Generating Product Group Holding (IPGH). - Enhance the Customer To Group (CTG) level of clients to strengthen relationships. Furthermore, you must deliver quality customer service by resolving queries and complaints within the stipulated time. Keep customers informed about any regulatory or process changes and ensure timely communication on their requests and concerns. Proactively manage complaints through customer feedback and promote direct banking channels for their convenience. Introduce customers to the Relationship Banking Head (RBH), Branch Manager (BM), and Product Sales Officer (PSO) for seamless assistance when you are unavailable. Qualifications Required: - Sales and influencing skills - Banking product and process knowledge - NRI product and regulatory knowledge - Planning and organizing skills - Good communication skills - Knowledge of competition and current trends in the financial industry - IRDA certification - NCFM certification (optional) - Exposure to the Portfolio Management segment (preferred) This position offers you the opportunity to excel in managing high-value relationships, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer satisfaction by providing personalized financial solutions.,
