Job Description

Job Title: IT Project Manager

Mode: 100% Remote

Working Days: Monday to Saturday, Sunday off

Shift: 6:00 am to 3:00 pm EST (8 Hours working + 1 hour break)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner

Experience: 3-5 years

Plan, execute, and deliver both IT and business projects across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.

Define project scopes, prepare detailed documentation (charters, RACI, risk logs), and set measurable KPIs.

Manage multiple concurrent projects across different business verticals (software, operations, support, marketing, etc.)

Act as the main liaison between clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure transparency, clarity, and project alignment.

Conduct regular client calls, business reviews, and feedback sessions to manage expectations and project goals.

Gather client requirements and translate them into actionable project tasks and workflows.

Resolve escalations proactively, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships

Lead the delivery of cloud-based SaaS applications and custom software development projects.

Manage feature release cycles, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and deployment schedules.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and UI/UX designers for timely feature rollouts.

Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), bug tracking, and client onboarding for new product implementations.

Ensure compliance with data privacy, SLA agreements, and system security protocols.

Oversee client onboarding, transitions, and process setup in BPO environments.

Map operational workflows, document SOPs, and design SLA/KPI frameworks for service delivery.

Monitor team performance metrics, track productivity, and implement process improvement initiatives

Manage process migration, knowledge transfer, and shadowing phases during new client transitions.

Agile, Scrum, and Methodology Adoption

Facilitate Agile ceremonies—daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint demos, and planning sessions.

Support adoption of hybrid methodologies based on project type (Agile for software, Waterfall for operations)

Utilize project tracking tools like Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Wrike, MS Project, and Asana for visibility and control.

Generate detailed project reports, dashboards, and performance analytics for clients and leadership.

Use CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, NetSuite) for tracking client deliverables, billing, and communication.

Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement strategies to enhance delivery efficiency.

Conduct post-mortem and root cause analysis for failed or delayed projects to avoid recurrence.

Maintain ISO/SOC/ITIL documentation (if applicable) for audit readiness and process compliance.

Monitor project budgets, invoices, POs, and vendor SLAs.

Support pricing, billing cycles, and profitability analysis for client-managed or fixed-bid projects
