Role Objective:

HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Leadership & Ownership

• Act as the

  single-point owner

  for the entire HR function.
• Partner closely with the Founder, CEO, and senior leadership on people strategy and organizational effectiveness.
• Translate business objectives into structured HR initiatives and workforce plans.

2. End-to-End HR Management

• Lead the full

  employee lifecycle

  : manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, engagement, and separation.
• Ensure consistent, fair, and transparent HR practices across the organization.
• Maintain complete HR documentation, records, and management reporting.

3. Payroll & Statutory Compliance (Critical Ownership)

• Own

  end-to-end payroll management

  , ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality.
• Ensure strict compliance with all applicable

  labor and employment laws

  , including PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, bonus, leave, and wage regulations.
• Manage audits, statutory inspections, filings, and liaison with government authorities and consultants.

4. Policy, Process & Governance

• Design, implement, and periodically review

  HR policies, manuals, SOPs, and control frameworks

  .
• Ensure HR processes are

  audit-ready, scalable, and aligned with corporate governance standards

  .
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization across HR systems and workflows.

5. Culture, Ethics & Integrity Stewardship

• Act as the

  custodian of organizational culture, values, and ethical conduct

  .
• Foster a disciplined, high-performance, and integrity-driven work environment.
• Handle sensitive employee relations matters with maturity, discretion, and fairness.

6. People Management & Employee Relations

• Lead employee engagement, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Coach and guide managers on people management, compliance, and leadership behaviors.
• Build trust, motivation, and collaboration across teams and functions.

7. Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with Finance, Legal, Operations, Sales, and external partners to ensure seamless HR integration.
• Support leadership in organizational restructuring, scaling, and change initiatives.

Qualification & Experience:

• Postgraduate degree in

  Human Resources / Management / Business Administration

  .

• Significant experience

  as an HR Manager or equivalent role in a structured corporate or MNC environment.
• Proven exposure to compliance-heavy, audit-driven organizations is strongly preferred.
