We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Compliance manager to join our awesome team. As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for processes related to KYC, KYB, transaction monitoring and crypto monitoring. Compliance is extremely important for TransFi's success, so your role will play a crucial part in achieving our compliance standards and objectives. We are expecting you to have experience and a big passion for Payments, Fintech and Web3, which is the space TransFi operates in. A solid profile in Compliance and fraud analytics and demonstrated evidence of process improvement is a critical requirement for the role. TransFi is B2B and B2B2C - so experience here is good to have. You must be a high energy, entrepreneurially minded individual that has a strong understanding of KYC, KYB, transaction monitoring, crypto monitoring. You should understand the importance of banking and payments compliance and are excited about working at the intersection of traditional and crypto payments systems. Key Responsibilities Help identify and build a pipeline of potential partners and clients within the fintech and crypto ecosystems. Conduct research to uncover new business opportunities in cross-border payments and stablecoin use cases. Assist senior business development managers in outreach, sales pitches, and follow-ups. Work on lead generation strategies through online platforms, events, and partnerships. Maintain and update CRM and sales databases to support team efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer onboarding and success. Stay updated with industry trends in crypto, digital assets, and payments to support internal strategy. Required Skills & Experience A recent graduate (or up to 1 year of experience) in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields. Curious and eager to learn about fintech, cross-border payments, and Web3. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset—ready to take ownership and wear multiple hats. Excellent research and organizational skills.
