Key Responsibilities

• Help identify and build a pipeline of potential partners and clients within the fintech and crypto ecosystems.
• Conduct research to uncover new business opportunities in cross-border payments and stablecoin use cases.
• Assist senior business development managers in outreach, sales pitches, and follow-ups.
• Work on lead generation strategies through online platforms, events, and partnerships.
• Maintain and update CRM and sales databases to support team efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer onboarding and success.
• Stay updated with industry trends in crypto, digital assets, and payments to support internal strategy.

Required Skills & Experience

• A recent graduate (or up to 1 year of experience) in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
• Curious and eager to learn about fintech, cross-border payments, and Web3.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset—ready to take ownership and wear multiple hats.
• Excellent research and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Bonus: Exposure to crypto, stablecoins, or blockchain is a plus (but not mandatory).
