JD :

We are seeking an enthusiastic & experienced Full Stack Developer with strong background working with Startups. The candidate should be expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications. You will be responsible for developing both front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless integration and delivering an excellent user experience. Full Stack Developer is extremely important for TransFi's success, so your role will play a crucial part in achieving our business standards and objectives. We are expecting you to have experience and a big passion for Payments, Fintech and Web3, which is the space TransFi operates in.

Backend Node.js developer creates and maintains the server-side of applications, including databases, APIs, and core application logic. They also work with front-end developers to integrate interfaces and optimize APIs. You must be a high energy, entrepreneurially minded individual that has a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques. You should be willing to learn and work across diverse geographies and talent profiles. Web3 is constantly evolving. What you worked on last month may not be what you work on today.

Job responsibilities: What you'll do

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Knowledge of server management and deployment processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of web security practices and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with other JavaScript frameworks or libraries (e.g., Angular, Vue.js) is a plus
