JD: Compliance Manager

This is a compliance role. We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Compliance manager to join our awesome team. As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for processes related to KYC, KYB, transaction monitoring and crypto monitoring.

Compliance is extremely important for TransFi's success, so your role will play a crucial part in achieving our compliance standards and objectives. We are expecting you to have experience and a big passion for Payments, Fintech and Web3, which is the space TransFi operates in. A solid profile in Compliance and fraud analytics and demonstrated evidence of process improvement is a critical requirement for the role. TransFi is B2B and B2B2C - so experience here is good to have.

You must be a high energy, entrepreneurially minded individual that has a strong understanding of KYC, KYB, transaction monitoring, crypto monitoring. You should understand the importance of banking and payments compliance and are excited about working at the intersection of traditional and crypto payments systems. You should be willing to learn and work across diverse geographies and talent profiles. Web3 is constantly evolving. What you worked on last month may not be what you work on today.

Job responsibilities: What you'll do

• Execute on overall compliance processes across KYC, KYB, transaction monitoring and crypto monitoring
• Manage queues for manual review
• Measure conversion rates and drive process improvement
• Manage processes and documents related to legal entity and banking compliance
• Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement

Required Experience

• Compliance professional with at least 4 years of experience
• With extensive knowledge of compliance processes such as KYC, KYB, transaction monitoring, and crypto monitoring.
• a strong understanding of fintech and payments, a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Background of process improvements
• Team player and a Go-getter
• Passionate about building new businesses and willing to be hands-on to get the job done. You are organized. You deliver stuff on time & handle stress well
