Job Description

Senior Manager

What You’ll Do

Drive
information security governance
and maintain compliance with global standards (ISO 27001:2022, SOC 1 & 2, SOX, ISO 42001, HIPAA, GDPR, NIST, etc.).
Lead
risk management
initiatives, real-time compliance monitoring, and dashboard reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—IT, HR, Legal, Operations—to align security with business goals.
Engage with
clients and stakeholders
on RFPs, assessments, and audits.
Lead
security awareness programs
and foster a strong security culture.
Stay ahead of emerging threats, frameworks, and best practices in cybersecurity.

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of experience in information security, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of security frameworks (ISO, NIST, CIS Controls, GDPR, HIPAA).
Hands-on experience with GRC tools, risk management, and compliance operations.
Preferred certifications:
CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 LA/LI, CEH, CCSK
.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical risks into business language.
Knowledge of
cloud, AI/ML security
, and
zero trust principles
is a plus.
